New to the Clear Lake office is Kay
la Kearns as an HR Assistant. Kayla will be helping with orientations, benefits, recruitment, and assisting as needs arise.
Kayla is a recent UNI graduate with a degree in communication and minors in public relations and entrepreneurship. She had previous HR internships with Target in Mason City and Roquette in Keokuk, Iowa as well as having an internship with Iowa Powdercraft in Clear Lake.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys riding dirt bikes and cruising the road/lake with her family in their amphicar.
