Value Based Contracting

When a negotiated project delivery method is used, Dean Snyder Construction works with the owner and design team early in the process to negotiate a lump sum price or guaranteed maximum price for the project. Because a negotiated method is rarely based on low bid, it is inherently a value-based delivery method versus a strictly lowest cost method.

As a true builder, we are able to self-perform concrete, steel erection, carpentry and millwright work with our own crews. By self-performing work, we can assure greater communication and control over project schedule and budgets. With that being said, however, we do have excellent partnerships with many subcontractors throughout Iowa and the Midwest.
