Competitive Bid Selection

This delivery method is achieved in sequential steps and is typically used on public projects. An Architect is hired to design the project and complete construction documents. After documents are complete, general contractors review the drawings and submit a cost to complete the project. The project is awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
